Once you reach out, we’ll gather a few details about the home and your timeline so we can determine the best next step, whether that’s providing a quick bid, reviewing photos, or scheduling a walkthrough or consultation.

Every home is unique, and we’ll guide you toward the right starting point.

01. CONNECT


After we have what we need, we’ll put together a clear, customized bid outlining:

  • The recommended scope

  • Pricing

If the home will be occupied, we’ll also include a simple Prep Plan so you know exactly how to get the space ready before staging.

No surprises, no guesswork - just straightforward information so you can make a confident decision.

02. BID


When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll get you on our schedule.
We’ll send over a single smart file that includes:

The staging agreement

The initial staging fee invoice

Once those are completed, your project is locked into our calendar!

03. SCHEDULE

From Booking to SOLD!

After booking, we’ll confirm your staging date, access details, and any final preparation needed prior to install.

04. PREPARING FOR STAGE DAY


Behind the scenes, our team begins building your stage plan and curating the furniture, art, and décor that will bring your home to life.

05. DESIGN & PLANNING


On staging day, our team handles everything - from furniture placement to art installation to styling the final details.

06. STAGE DAY


07. LISTED

Your staging includes a 40-day rental period for the initial term. After that, we offer a convenient monthly subscription that renews automatically until a de-stage is requested so you never have to worry about timelines or interruptions.


08. DE-STAGE

When you’re ready for de-stage, just send us the request and we’ll get it scheduled. We’ll take care of removing all furnishings and closing out the project.
